Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Critical Care (Acuity Adaptable) ICU position in Wisconsin, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

Acuity adaptable critical care unit — not a traditional pure ICU environment
Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
Every other weekend (EOW) required, with additional weekend coverage as needed
Every other holiday (EOH) required, with additional holiday coverage as needed
Epic EMR used
Floating within the facility (within skill set) or to off-site locations within 40 miles may be required
13-week assignment

Requirements

Active WI RN license or a compact RN license currently in hand
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
Current BLS certification (AHA only)
Current ACLS certification (AHA only)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Epic EMR experience required
Candidates must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Driver's License required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration
Full SSN and full date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

This is an acuity adaptable unit, meaning nurses may care for patients across varying acuity levels rather than exclusively critical care
Local candidates are accepted, but travel pay rates may be reduced based on proximity to the facility — contact your recruiter for details
COVID vaccination is not required for this position
