Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in Iowa requiring an active IA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit setting
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

Active Iowa RN license required; compact RN license accepted
Current BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Driver's license required for consideration
One supervisory reference from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
Travelers are required to work 2 of the following 3 holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
RTO during the Thanksgiving week (11/26–11/30) and winter holiday period (12/23–1/2) is limited to 1 day per period
Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
