Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience, an active CO or compact RN license, and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Hospital-based Cath Lab setting
- Epic used for charting
- Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
- On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
- Current AHA BLS certification required — must not expire prior to start date
- ACLS, NRP, or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- English proficiency (read, write, speak) required
- DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care
- Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans, and refers patients as needed for further evaluation
- Performs health teaching, counseling, and documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
- BSN and specialty certification are preferred
