Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

Details

• Cath Lab setting within a hospital environment
• Epic used for charting
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required

Requirements

• Active RN license — CO state license or compact license required, no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA); all must be AHA-issued and remain active beyond start date
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Cath Lab patients
• Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans and refers patients for further evaluation as needed
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines using Epic
• Former permanent staff of any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• Background check and drug screen required; plan for at least 2 weeks for results to be returned
