Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with NMTCB/NMT or ARRT certification to perform nuclear studies in a cardiovascular outpatient setting, operating Siemens equipment on a 4x10 day shift schedule.

Details

Outpatient cardiovascular consultants office specializing in nuclear medicine and cardiology
Averages 6-7 nuclear medicine studies performed per day
Siemens imaging equipment used
4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Candidates living within 90 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate

Requirements

NMTCB/NMT or ARRT certification required
Must be able to independently run stress tests
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Responsible for preparing the camera and radiopharmaceutical doses at the start of each shift
Works within a team of 16 staff members, including 5 Medical Assistants, 2 Echo/Vascular Sonographers, and 3 Cardiologists
