Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ARRT certification and both scrub and circulate experience.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit within an acute care academic medical center
• Schedule is either 4x10 or 5x8 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility to discuss during interview
• One weekday call shift per week and one weekend call shift every two months
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT certification required
• Virginia state license required; candidates may be considered with license pending, as work may begin under a VA temporary authorization
• Both scrub and circulate experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of DL and SSN card required for consideration
• Copies of required certifications required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must wait at least 12 months before returning as a traveler
• Up to 40 hours of RTO available per 13-week contract
• Any planned time off between signing and the start date should be communicated during the hiring process
• Floating may be required in accordance with the candidate's clinical experience
