Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with neuro experience required and a minimum of 1 year of Epic EMR experience for a 13-week travel contract.

Details

• Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care hospital
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with varied start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• After-hours call coverage begins daily after 5:00 PM
• Weekend coverage is handled via a rotating call schedule shared among 6–8 staff members
• Float to other units and/or campuses within the health system may be required based on census needs; floating will only occur within the candidate's demonstrated competencies

Requirements

• Neuro interventional radiology experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR required
• BLS required; license required if applicable
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the flagship Prisma Health Richland campus to be eligible for this position
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates within 50–99.9 miles of the Prisma Health Richland campus are ineligible for this position under Exception 2 radius rules, which apply specifically to IR Tech roles
• The 100-mile rule from all Prisma Health facilities applies system-wide for standard travel eligibility; however, this IR Tech role falls under Exception 2, requiring only 50+ miles from the relevant flagship hospital
