Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU travel position requiring ICP or ventriculostomy experience, Epic proficiency, and a WI or compact RN license.
Details
- Neuro ICU unit within a hospital setting
- Patient population requires neurological critical care, including ICP monitoring and ventriculostomy management
- Evening/night shifts, 12 hours, 1900–0730
- Schedule requires every other weekend availability
- Some holiday coverage required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the past 3 years
- Hands-on experience with ICP monitoring or ventriculostomy required
- Basic arrhythmia/telemetry experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
Additional Information
- Candidate must pass a telemetry competency test prior to being cleared to start
