Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU travel position requiring ICP or ventriculostomy experience, Epic proficiency, and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Neuro ICU unit within a hospital setting
• Patient population requires neurological critical care, including ICP monitoring and ventriculostomy management
• Evening/night shifts, 12 hours, 1900–0730
• Schedule requires every other weekend availability
• Some holiday coverage required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the past 3 years
• Hands-on experience with ICP monitoring or ventriculostomy required
• Basic arrhythmia/telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Candidate must pass a telemetry competency test prior to being cleared to start
