Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract in Oregon, requiring ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications with at least 1 year of ED experience.

Details

Work in a hospital Emergency Department serving a wide variety of patients, from non-critical to emergent medical and mental health conditions
Patients arrive both by walk-in and emergency transport
Night shift schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
This facility strictly enforces all posted requirements and will not consider candidates who do not meet every listed certification and experience criterion

Additional Information

All ED staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric patients
Mental health emergencies are included in the patient population served
COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
