Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract in Oregon, requiring ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications with at least 1 year of ED experience.
Details
- Work in a hospital Emergency Department serving a wide variety of patients, from non-critical to emergent medical and mental health conditions
- Patients arrive both by walk-in and emergency transport
- Night shift schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
- This facility strictly enforces all posted requirements and will not consider candidates who do not meet every listed certification and experience criterion
Additional Information
- All ED staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric patients
- Mental health emergencies are included in the patient population served
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
