Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room (OR) position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 18 months of OR experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.

• Position is located in a hospital OR setting in Atlanta, GA
• CVOR RN candidates must have at least 18 months of full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong endovascular experience and proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of OR experience required
• CVOR RN candidates must demonstrate proficiency (self-rated 3–4) in cardiac and vascular procedures, with strong endovascular experience

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this specific facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if time off does not fall on or near a holiday
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 3 days if time off falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days off during holiday periods will not be approved
