Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience, HCHB and OASIS proficiency, and a willingness to travel within a 60-mile territory in the Marshfield area.

Details

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; specific coverage area to be discussed during interview
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)
On-call required approximately every 3rd to 4th weekend
EMR: HCHB experience required
OASIS experience required
iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone is not required

Requirements

Current, active Occupational Therapist license required (license in hand required for consideration)
Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant home health OT experience
Current BLS certification required
HCHB EMR experience required
OASIS experience required
Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of the hub/office

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel pay rate
Timely documentation and communication are expected
Flexibility with territory coverage is required
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Scrubs in any color are required; jeans are not permitted
2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
