Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Illinois, requiring a BSN, active IL RN license, and night shift availability.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekend shifts are required
• On-call may be assigned during regular shift if census drops
• Floating to different units or facilities may be required at the manager's request
• 12-week contract

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license currently in hand (no emergency or pending licensure accepted)
• BSN required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• 2 professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor, manager, or charge RN within the past year

Additional Information

• Candidates within a 75-mile radius of the facility are accepted at a local pay rate
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and cannot be added afterward
• Vaccination status must be provided as part of the candidate profile
