Description

American Traveler is hiring a BSN-prepared RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Illinois, requiring an active IL RN license and day shift availability.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekend availability required
• On-call/low census requirements are part of this assignment
• Floating may be required to different units or facilities at the manager's request

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license currently in hand — no emergency or pending licensure accepted
• BSN required
• Current BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• ACLS may be required depending on unit needs (must be AHA-issued if applicable)
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor, manager, or charge RN within the past year

Additional Information

• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration and cannot be added afterward
• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are accepted but will be placed at a local pay rate
• Vaccination status documentation is required for consideration
