Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with ARRT certification and hospital-based Medical Imaging experience for a travel assignment in Illinois.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting within an acute care hospital
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call requirement of 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
• Weekend requirement applies to on-call only — no routine weekend shifts
• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a local rate

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS) certification required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA)
• ACLS required if applicable to scope of practice
• BSN required
• IL state license required (no emergency or pending licensure accepted)
• 1+ years of hospital-based Medical Imaging experience preferred
• Interventional Cardiovascular (CVT) certification preferred
• Intra-aortic balloon insertion and operation experience preferred
• 2 references required for consideration, including at least one from a supervisor, manager, or charge RN within the last year
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• May be required to float to a different unit or facility at the manager's request
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of profile submission and cannot be added afterward
• Vaccination status must be provided at the time of profile submission
