Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring an active OR RN license, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) caring for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable with an elevated risk for instability
Advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions are core components of this unit
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Oregon (OR) RN license currently in hand
Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider), ACLS, and NIHSS
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
PCU experience preferred
Basic EKG experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)
This facility does not make exceptions to stated job requirements — all listed certifications and experience must be met for consideration

Additional Information

Provides direct care for acutely ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions in a progressive care setting
COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
