Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Medical Unit (White 8) position at a prestigious academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and Epic EMR experience.

Work setting is an inpatient medical unit (White 8) within a large academic hospital in Boston, MA
Day/night rotating shifts
13-week contract
Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
BLS certification required (AHA only)
Primary source verification of RN license required (both NURSYS and BON)
2 professional references required for consideration
Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions

Additional Information

Responsibilities include patient assessment, clinical decision-making, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, care plan coordination, and documentation
Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos
No validated parking available at this Boston location; public parking costs approximately $17–$22 per day — public transportation is recommended
Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
