Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) position requiring an active NH or Compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of PCU/Stepdown experience.

Details

Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) in a hospital setting
12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
No on-call requirements
Floating may be required to affiliated hospital campuses in Laconia and Franklin, NH

Requirements

Active NH or Compact RN license (permanent license required — temporary licenses are not accepted)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown RN experience required
Two references from a Charge RN or Nurse Manager required for consideration
Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

Weekly orientation provided
Local candidates are welcome to apply; candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible at a local pay rate
Former permanent staff members are eligible to return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
3 professional references (2 from leadership) will be required upon commitment to the position
