Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down Unit position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center, requiring ACLS certification and night shift availability.

Details

• Step Down Unit in a 352-bed acute care hospital
• Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Charting performed in Epic
• Free on-site parking available
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MO RN license or Compact RN license required; pending license acceptable but must be in hand prior to start
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of Step Down or relevant RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• This facility serves as the only tertiary hospital between Kansas City and Omaha, supporting a broad regional patient population
• Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible to apply but will be considered at a reduced rate
