Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down Unit position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center, requiring ACLS certification and night shift availability.
Details
- Step Down Unit in a 352-bed acute care hospital
- Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Charting performed in Epic
- Free on-site parking available
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MO RN license or Compact RN license required; pending license acceptable but must be in hand prior to start
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 1 year of Step Down or relevant RN experience required
- BSN preferred
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- This facility serves as the only tertiary hospital between Kansas City and Omaha, supporting a broad regional patient population
- Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible to apply but will be considered at a reduced rate
