Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week night shift assignment at an acute care hospital in Fort Smith, AR, requiring 1+ year of radiology experience and active ARRT certification.

• 336-bed acute care hospital in Fort Smith, AR
• Radiology department
• Night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent X-Ray/Radiology experience
• Active BLS, CPR, and ARRT certifications required
• Arkansas state license required if applicable
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment, unless documented renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required — Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after that, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
