Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Wisconsin requiring 2+ years of med/surg experience, telemetry monitoring ability, and prior travel experience.
Details
- Day shift position with hours of 07:00–19:30
- 13-week assignment
- Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
- Telemetry monitoring is part of the patient care responsibilities
- Epic EMR used
- Floating may be required within skill set to other units on-site or to facilities within 40 miles
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required — must be AHA-issued
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Ability to interpret heart rhythms and perform telemetry monitoring
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Must provide a copy of Driver's License for consideration
- Two professional references required
- Skills checklist required
Additional Information
- Every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) scheduling required
