Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab position in Texas, requiring a TX or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

15-bed Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit
Day shift: 06:45–19:15

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS certification (AHA required)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Inpatient rehab experience preferred
Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

Responsibilities include direct patient care, implementation of care plans, and coordination of discharge needs
A radius rule applies — local candidates may be considered but may be subject to a different pay rate depending on distance from the facility
13-week contract
