Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a Critical Access Hospital district in Southeast Colorado, providing OT services across multiple care settings including acute inpatient, outpatient, home health, and long-term care.
Details
- Critical Access Hospital setting encompassing acute inpatient, swing bed, outpatient therapy, home health, and long-term care (LTCC)
- Day shift schedule with occasional Saturdays
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CO OT license required if applicable
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- No minimum experience required
Additional Information
- Provide OT evaluations and treatments across multiple care settings including acute inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, home health, and LTCC
- Collaborate with an on-site COTA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
