Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support nuclear stress testing in an outpatient specialty setting, with CA licensure and 2+ years of NMT experience required.

Details

Outpatient specialty center setting within the nuclear medicine department
Primarily performs nuclear stress tests with a volume of approximately 12 tests per day
5x8 hour day shifts with start times between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM
Weekend coverage required per unit needs
Floating to a Stockton location required as needed for coverage

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
Current ARRT (N) or NMT certification required
Current BLS certification required
RHN (Registered Health Nurse) credential required
Valid CA Nuclear Medicine license required, if applicable
2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
Previous employees or travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
Only one holiday RTO request will be approved during the assignment
