Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support nuclear stress testing in an outpatient specialty setting, with CA licensure and 2+ years of NMT experience required.
Details
- Outpatient specialty center setting within the nuclear medicine department
- Primarily performs nuclear stress tests with a volume of approximately 12 tests per day
- 5x8 hour day shifts with start times between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM
- Weekend coverage required per unit needs
- Floating to a Stockton location required as needed for coverage
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Current ARRT (N) or NMT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- RHN (Registered Health Nurse) credential required
- Valid CA Nuclear Medicine license required, if applicable
- 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
- Previous employees or travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only one holiday RTO request will be approved during the assignment
