Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of invasive cardiac cath lab experience for a 13-week contract position requiring Epic proficiency and RCIS certification.

Details

Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab setting
10-hour day shifts with a 9:00 AM start time
7 shifts per month
On-call required
Minor holiday coverage required
May float to different departments, units, or facilities within 30 miles of the assigned facility based on clinical competence

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an invasive cardiac cath lab
Completion of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Program with certification, or RCIS equivalent
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Epic EMR experience required
COVID and flu vaccination required, or an approved medical/religious declination
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Staff are included in the unit's rotation pool and may be required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage
Minor holidays are part of the expected schedule
