Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR) for a 13-week assignment in a neuro MRI department, requiring at least 2 years of MRI experience and a minimum of 3 prior travel assignments.

Details

• MRI Neuro department in an outpatient clinic setting
• 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Day shifts rotate between 6:30 AM–3:00 PM and 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; evening shift option of 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• No call, no overnights, and no holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR; experience required
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) required
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross required
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required for this location
• Minimum of 3 completed travel assignments required
• Active state license required if applicable (no pending license accepted)
• Graduate of an ARRT-approved or recognized Health Science program
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination and booster required for eligibility

• Maintains safety guidelines for patients, self, and support personnel
• Requires flexibility to staff various work locations and shift times, including days and evenings
• Travelers may remain on assignment for up to one calendar year from the initial start date; a 30–60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment
