Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - NICU for a 13-week night shift travel contract in Las Cruces, NM, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a NM or compact RN license.

Details

• NICU position at an acute care hospital in Las Cruces, NM
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Active NM or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• AHA certifications required prior to start
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• All clinical staff working in New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire; travelers may begin on a 14-day waiver while awaiting results but must be supervised during that time
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
• The facility is Joint Commission Accredited and is a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI
