Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (or PTA) for an outpatient rehab assignment in Dahlonega, GA, with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred and first-time travelers welcome.
Details
- Outpatient therapy setting with a focus on orthopedic patient population
- 8-hour day shifts
- Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with 12–14 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
- Floating to other clinics is required
- Travel team placement at this clinic or a neighboring clinic may be available
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Current PT or PTA license required; if applicable, an active state license is required (note: Colorado does not accept the compact PT license — an active Colorado license is required)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates will not be considered
- Date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- PTAs are eligible to apply for this position
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Any overtime must be approved by the director prior to working OT hours
- Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are eligible to apply
