Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist at an acute care teaching hospital, requiring experience in both Cath Lab and Angio procedures with scrub experience.
Details
- Work in the Cath Lab department of a 539-bed acute care Magnet-designated teaching hospital at an Adult Level I Trauma Center
- Ideal candidates have experience in both Cath Lab and Angiography with scrub experience
- Charting is performed in Epic
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call requirements include one weeknight call per week and one weekend call per month (Friday end of shift through Monday 7:00 AM), with a 30-minute response time required
- Floating within the facility and across the health system is expected; refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
Requirements
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ARRT-R or RCIS certification required
- Hands-on experience in Cath Lab and Angiography with scrub experience
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- 13-week contract with the possibility of extension for qualified candidates
- Scrubs are provided for Cath Lab staff; any color is acceptable except all-black or camouflage print
- All assigned education modules must be completed within one week of starting the assignment
- No RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of the assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO for the contract
- Free parking is available in any unrestricted space, with EV charging on-site
- COVID vaccination required; no exemptions accepted
- Skills checklist and at least one reference required for consideration
