American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting, requiring a minimum of 12 months of experience and proficiency with Epic EMR.

• Outpatient physical therapy setting with occasional rotation to acute care as needed
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience in physical therapy required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• 2 professional references at supervisor level or above required for consideration
• NURSYS or applicable license verification required for consideration

• Candidates must not have been employed by this facility within the previous 6 months
• Time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application, as requests submitted after placement may be declined
