Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with Level I trauma experience and BLS/ARRT or ARMRIT certification for a 13-week travel assignment at an academic medical center.

Details

• Level I trauma center, academic medical center setting
• MRI unit serving adult ICU, pediatric, and adult acute care patient populations
• 4x10-hour night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Holiday coverage is required for at least 50% of holidays during the contract
• On-call availability is required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of overall experience with at least 1 year of MRI experience
• Level I trauma experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred; first-time travelers considered with 2+ years of Level I trauma experience
• Experience with adult ICU, pediatric, and adult acute care patient populations
• Proficiency with Siemens and McKesson equipment required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• BLS and ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
• MO or Compact license required if applicable
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at time of consideration

• This is an active position requiring frequent ambulation, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Role involves routine contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are eligible but may be subject to a reduced pay rate
