Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a large academic medical center
• Estimated patient ratio of 1:3
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:30)
• Weekday and some weekend shifts required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• Floating required within units of equivalent or lower acuity level
• Epic EMR used; experience is required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Proficiency in IV insertion required
• Telemetry monitoring experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
