Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel contract on an Inpatient Oncology Unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg oncology experience and current ACLS and NIHSS certifications.

Details

Inpatient Oncology Unit (Med/Surg Acute Care) within a hospital setting
12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Schedule hours vary within a 7am–7pm window on nights
13-week contract
No on-call requirements

Requirements

Active RN license — GA state or Compact license required
Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg oncology
Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

Chemotherapy certification is not required
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in employment before being considered
Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
Candidates who were previously permanent employees at this facility must have a 2-year gap before being eligible
