Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Operating Room position in a hospital surgical unit, requiring AHA BLS and ACLS certifications and a valid GA or compact RN license.

Details

Work setting is a hospital surgical/operating room unit
12-hour day shifts, scheduled 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM with varying days
3 shifts per week on a 13-week contract
No on-call responsibilities required

Requirements

Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or compact state license required
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must not be expired)
Prior OR/surgical nursing experience required
Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
