Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit in an academic medical center setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Required to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity within the organization as needed
• Weekend coverage required on a rotating basis
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Proficiency in IV insertion and telemetry monitoring required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide Med/Surg telemetry nursing care in a large academic medical center environment
• No break required between assignments when changing representation at this facility
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
