Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a night shift travel contract at a hospital in Lone Tree, CO, requiring Meditech experience and ACLS/PALS certifications.

Details

• Position is in the Main OR department of a 284-bed hospital
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• OR team on nights consists of 2 RNs, 1 tech, 1 RN on-call, and 2 techs on-call
• Performs a wide range of surgical procedures, excluding burns, transplants, and cardiac cases
• Trauma and vascular cases are performed on the unit
• EMR: Meditech (experience required)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CO or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted; no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the contract start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Trauma and vascular experience are preferred and will be prioritized during consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates will be considered
• Strong candidates will be self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced OR environment
