Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a multi-modality travel assignment covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings across facilities within a 60-mile radius.

Details

• Multi-modality assignment spanning home health, outpatient, and acute care settings
• Work is distributed across several area facilities, all within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift; 8-hour shifts preferred, but 4x10 schedule may be considered
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Outpatient PT experience required; combined outpatient and inpatient experience strongly preferred
• Strong general PT experience required, including post-op, sports injury, and geriatrics
• Current PT license in the state of practice required if applicable
• Two supervisory references (Supervisor, Manager, or Director) preferred for consideration
• Current skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• A manager interview is required prior to offer
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple area facilities is essential for this role
