Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray/C-Arm) with 2+ years of OR experience, ideally in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital setting.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient hospital setting with OR and Level I Trauma center exposure
• C-arm and O-arm coverage performed in the Operating Room
• Surgical X-ray procedures across a variety of interventions
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities are associated with this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RT in a similar surgical or OR-based role
• Preferred experience in a Level I Trauma or academic teaching hospital
• Valid ARRT registration and RT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm systems required
• State license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide C-arm and O-arm imaging support during live surgical procedures in the OR
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain equipment functionality and comply with safety protocols
• Previous travelers are eligible to return without a mandatory break between assignments
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• Any time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
