Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and an active CA license for a 13-week contract covering the Marin County territory.

Details

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Territory covers Marin County within a 50-mile radius of the hub/office
Caseload of 5–7 patients per day with a 30 productivity points per week expectation
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
No on-call or weekend requirements
EMR: HCHB (experience required)
Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
Active California PT license required (pending licensure not accepted)
BLS certification required
HCHB EMR experience required
OASIS experience required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
