Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Details

• State-of-the-art OR facility with 26 high-tech surgical suites
• Both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures performed
• Patient population spans all ages: neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric
• Surgical services include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery
• Multiple shift options available: 40-hour flex week (7a–5:30p or 11a–9:30p) or 36-hour flex week (7a–7:30p or 11a–11:30p)
• On-call or off-shift requirement of 4–5 shifts per 13-week contract, either 12-hour shifts or on-call, day or night

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma center
• Two managerial references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
• License must remain active for the full duration of the assignment
