Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an acute care hospital position in Washington State, with Epic EMR required.

Details

Acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds
Level II Trauma Center
OT Acute Care unit with 1:1 patient ratio
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
No floating between units within this assignment
Epic EMR required

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
Minimum 2 years of acute care OT experience required
Epic EMR proficiency required
BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Minimal RTO is preferred; all time-off requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
13-week contract
Free parking available in designated employee/visitor surface lots on campus
