Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a night shift Medical-Surgical position in Evansville, IN, specializing in pulmonary and medical overflow care with a 1:4-5 patient ratio.

Details

• Work setting is a Medical-Surgical unit (6 South) in an inpatient hospital environment
• Patient population consists of pulmonary and medical overflow patients
• 22-bed unit with a 1:4-5 patient ratio
• Night shift schedule: 18:45–07:15
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact state license currently in hand
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Driver's license copy required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• Provide nursing care to pulmonary and medical overflow patients on a 22-bed unit
