Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a CA RN license, at least 3 years of experience, and availability for night shifts with every other weekend coverage.

Details

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
Floating to serve as a sitter or provide helping hands to other departments is required during low census
Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
Prior travel experience is not required
2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
Previous employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
