Description

American Traveler is seeking a MRI Technologist for a travel assignment at an outpatient imaging center in lower Manhattan, requiring ARRT (MR) certification, injection certification, and NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist licensure.

Details

  • Full-service outpatient imaging center located in lower Manhattan, co-located with a freestanding emergency department, medical offices, and an ambulatory surgery center
  • Patient population is primarily adults with some pediatrics
  • Equipment includes Siemens 3T and GE 1.5T MRI scanners
  • Shift hours are 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Requirements

  • ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
  • Injection certification required
  • NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
  • Only AHA-issued BLS certification is accepted
  • Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the prior year are required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Gray scrubs are required and are not provided by the facility
  • Candidates who live within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be subject to a reduced rate
  • Travelers with prior work history at any Northwell or Nuvance Health location will undergo an eligibility review process before being considered for placement
  • Travelers are required to complete onboarding modules via Northwell's iLearn platform prior to the assignment start date
  • Timekeeping is managed through Kronos
