Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ACLS, BLS, and ARRT or CCI RCIS certification, with experience in CAD, PAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrhythmias, and neuro/stroke cases.

Details

• Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
• Handles a high-volume caseload of 10–15 cases per day
• Case types include CAD, PAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrhythmias, and neuro/stroke procedures
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Call required every 5th weekend, once or twice per week
• Every 5th weekend shift required
• Charting via Epic

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience required
• Active BLS and ACLS required
• ARRT or CCI RCIS certification required
• Active NJ or Compact license required prior to start — NJ licensure is a quick process, typically within 2 weeks of applying
• License required if applicable
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two current references required for consideration
• Copy of certifications required for consideration
• NURSYS and state license required for consideration if applicable

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• Former RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the RWJBH health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
