Description

American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week assignment in Wisconsin.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting focused on neurological and orthopedic patient populations
• Cases include total hip and knee replacements, neurology, and general rehabilitation
• Responsibilities include evaluations, plan of care development, home exercise programs, and patient/family education
• Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8 hours)
• 3 weekends required during the contract; candidate may select preferred weekends with comp days the week prior or after
• No on-call required
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience required, including orthopedics and neurology
• Current BLS certification required
• Wisconsin PT state license required; license can be pending at time of consideration
• Epic EMR experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• License required if applicable
