Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Maryland, requiring a MD or compact RN license and multiple certifications including ACLS, PALS, and CPI.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital setting
- Patient population spans all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required as holidays fall on the assigned schedule
- Floating required within the ED specialty, to other units, and to sister facilities within scope of practice
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active Maryland (MD) state RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS
- Emergency Department RN experience required
- Must be comfortable caring for a broad patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics

- Any time-off requests must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
