Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care hospital in Burbank, CA, requiring 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

Work setting is a 392-bed acute care hospital
Day shifts available as either 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with start times varying between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM as needed
Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
Charting system: Medivtech (Meditech)
Free parking on site

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray Technologist experience required
Epic EMR experience required
BLS required
Valid Radiology/X-Ray license required if applicable
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Scrubs of any color are acceptable
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; requests should be disclosed upfront, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
Any RTO or scheduling requests must be communicated prior to submission, as changes requested after an offer is made may be denied and could result in contract termination
