Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Long-Term Care position at a rehabilitation and nursing center in New York, caring for Alzheimer's and dementia patients with a day shift schedule.

Details

• Position is based in a 300-bed long-term care rehabilitation and nursing center
• Patient population consists primarily of individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia
• Responsibilities include medication administration (med pass)
• EMR system is PointClickCare (experience preferred but not required)
• Day shift: 5x8-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM
• Every other weekend is required

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• LTC experience preferred; candidates with rehab, med/surg, or other recent hospital experience will also be considered
• COVID vaccination required for eligibility
